Sadly, until the ocean starts rising 1 foot a year, no one will believe there's a climate emergency. And by then it's too late to change. The earth will survive, it's just mankind that's doomed.

In less than five years food shortages will be the norm world wide. The growing seasons are getting shorter leading to greatly reduced harvest for some vegetation and rising crop failures in others. Things are going to spiral out of control fast and it's going to hurt
