This will of course be taken as anti-vaccine, rather than him being clear that it doesn’t solve “every problem.” But it’s irresponsible of him to not say it helps when we know it does.

Agreed. Bill’s smart word play at the expense of the msg is the issue. Focus on “every problem” part, ignore all other validity and context. Easy. Works for everything other than msg on public health crisis.
