A UAW members kid had their cancer treatment cancelled today because GM cancelled workers healthcare as a retaliatory move. Im hearing from multiple union leaders that uaw members with serious health issues are living in fear

@AOC who was just tweeting about how disgraceful it is that healthcare is used as leverage. Great coverage, Mike. -

I'm politically conservative. I don't want a Bring-Your-Own-
#Guillotine#Revolution. But the basic injustice and tactics of#GMStrike is compelling. Then Trump's trying to cut SNAP. Plus#ConcentrationCamps and fer' cryin' out loud#FlintWaterCrisis is still a thing?#HandsOffSNAPpic.twitter.com/1RcEjdWaZZ

Another reason for national health care these large corps care about nothing but the bottom line , they use healthcare as a carrot like they’re doing u a favor

Playing devil's advocate here. From what I understand, suspension of benefits is sop when a strike happens. It is also sop for the union to have certain benefits in place before they go on strike. Either the union dropped the ball or they did o it on purpose to make GM look bad.
