I feel bad for kids nowadays, they just get to see if school is closed on the Internet. They’ll never have the excitement of waiting to see your school scroll across the bottom of the tv screen like it’s the NFL Draft.

It’s also pretty sad that schools are closed today. This is nothing. When I was in school, this weather would have been laughed at.

When snow got this deep, my friends and I would wait for the snow plows to make massive mounds of snow behind Our Lady of Knock and then we would make them into these cool snow forts with tunnels.

It never failed as our school was about to be announced they would cut to a commercial and then when it came back on it was at the start of the alphabet again ...
