@TeamYouTube i have noticed a pattern. If I start a video shortly before midnight, it will not load. It also will not load days later despite me being on another Wifi.
So I know this is the fault of the Youtube updates. I hope this bug gets fixed soon.

I am watching on a Samsung Galaxy s7. And yes I have tried the troubleshooting steps to no reault. Though the problem has somewhat solved itself as some videos can be viewed without issue.

Sorry for my delayed reply. I spoke with a friend of mine and also my Internet service provider. Because I changed my agreement on my Internet there is a grace period where stuff gets funky with the WiFi. If it continues I will submit feedback because then it is not their fault.
