    Thank you JVM for being the most obnoxious thing to debug remotely! When running under Docker, one has to guess that the JMX and RMI port that is used in the container needs to be mapped to the EXACT SAME port on the host.

    Amazing!

    First 1e6 integers, represented as binary vectors indicating their prime factors, and laid out using the sparse matrix support in 's UMAP dimensionality reduction algorithm. This is from a 1000000x78628 (!) binary matrix. Very pretty structure emerges.
