@YouTube I have a Samsung smart TV model UE65NU6026KXXC and the app gets stuck on the logo screen and sometimes I get a "network connection error" message. I contacted Samsung support but they tried everything and said to contact you. App version is 2.1.478. Hope you can help

Samsung support told me to reset smart hub and they even hard reset the TV by remote command and nothing. I wouldn't reached to you if the other apps (Netflix, HBO, Amazon video) had problems but hey work perfectly. I tried everything, but nothing.

Did you managed to find out anything? It is really annoying to buy a new smart TV and to not have YouTube working on it. If it helps my version of OS is 1007.
