It took forever just to manage to find a real life human being to contact about this, then it took even longer to find someone who KNEW what I was talking about, and even longer than that to find someone who supposedly knew how to help me. @TeamYouTube

And after all that, the only words that anyone I managed to speak with could offer me was "your case is being worked on". No status regarding the status of "the case" or mention of who exactly was working on "the case.
