        @Microsoft Really the only problem I see is having to take down the whole rack to fix one of the machines on it.

        @Microsoft Crazy idea.Why? Oceans already overheating. Warmer=More CO2 release. Waste heat valuablehttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GT3SzGn_w_g …

        @wasteheatuser @Microsoft Depends how much CO2 traditional servers release when being cooled. Crazy is not necessarily worse for environment

        @kenhes servers don't release CO2. Electricity does. Adding heat to oceans does release CO2 but if heat were captured then it's double win

        @wasteheatuser All the fans to keep them cool run on electricity. If that isn't green then lots of CO2. Plus the heat only drop in the ocean

        @kenhes there is no such thing as waste heat if you use it. Think outside the box not under the oceanhttp://m.v3.co.uk/v3-uk/news/2396404/apple-plans-eur17bn-data-centre-builds-in-ireland-and-denmark …

        @wasteheatuser The ocean is pretty outside the box. MS have data centers in cold countries, but it still costs money to keep cool.

        @kenhes If we harvest the heat we can heat cities (saving gas) Apple are doing this in Denmark- sadly not Galway.
