Looks very real to me.
And it is an "Expression of Concern", not "Letter of Concern" as Dr. Hazan keeps on calling it (you got it right, Abigail!).

This is going to be a very long and niche gay history thread, so I apologize in advance. But something incredible happened and I have to share it.

Twenty-four panels, none of them should overlap.
Yet, found four sets to overlap.
How many can you find? Find at least 2 and be one of the first to reply to qualify for an Emoji Award.

I don't hate doctors because they are not supported by pharma millions. It's disconnected.
I dislike people like you, who harass my friends who don't earn money for their sound work, fighting disinformation and defending clear scientific information against pandemic profiteers.

I have a gigabyte of hate tweets and a file folder of emails and other sundries received by snail mail. One was a suspicious package I left out behind my house. We poked it with a long pipe, opened it a year later. Someone sent me a nice book.

I hope will issue a fast Expression of Concern, because the number of problems here are shocking.

Moving on to Figure 5C. The HA-p62 blot has a very fuzzy band, and a repetitive area on its right. Some signs of potential splicing.

Figure 5B and 5E show different experiments, but they appear to share the same GAPDH blot. And Figure 5E's HA and Myc blots appear to show repeats.

Figure 4A looks wild. It appears to have several repetitive areas, and areas where the pixels look bigger than in other areas. This is highly unusual.

Figure 3B's E-cadherin blot has a blank lane, without a band, but the area where the band could have been looks ... smoothened? It looks different than the other background areas.

All the concerns about this paper's figures are spotted in Western blots.
Here is Figure 3A, showing signs of splicing. Some of the bands and a bit of their surrounding areas appear to have been copied in, as pointed out by green arrows.

But some authors of papers that raised concerns, try to deflect and distract editors by spreading weird falsehoods about the persons who criticize their work.
One might wonder if they have no science or original data to take away those concerns.

None of the ~200 employees, including myself were charged.

You cloak your identity like you mask the truth, hiding from followers everything that contradicts your anti-science views.
Charges against uBiome were not against scientists but those tasked with fundraising and sales; link to the indictment below.

We’ve all wondered why scientists or MDs “turn”. How respected folk can find themselves deep in the anti-vax community.
It’s a decidedly simple (but dangerous and malicious) process.
Below is a thread on how people become “red pilled.” 🧵
