Does anyone have recommendations for poets who are active on Twitter? This might sound silly but I think it'd be really neat to be able to start permission-to-set-text conversations via DM instead of emailing publishing houses and never hearing back.
I’m confident in the lack of a commercial market for the things I make— and if there were a market for microfiction, I think it’d be on something like patreon, not with a publishing house. So I’m happy to give this stuff away. But your mileage may vary.

I often give away scores and almost always host recordings online for free, but I'm registered with a performing rights organization that does collect royalties from venues. Some writers might not want usage fees but I figure it's better to ask, you know?

Yeah, I hadn’t considered the collaborative aspect. I don’t play well with others.
