I agree that the solution is not more guns. But neither is it simply "more gun control." And I'm also not saying "no gun control." Just that there are huge underlying problems, like poverty, lack of access to education, health & mental health services. No easy fix.

Also to be clear, when I talk about mental health services, it has nothing to do w/ mass shootings. 65% of gun deaths in the US are suicides. Another 30+% are homicides unrelated to mass shootings (hence poverty & education).pic.twitter.com/jobhicVFpC
