If it were a 20 second video with nothing but the song, you'd be right. I think you're forgetting about the other 14 minutes of video that would qualify as "transformative" under fair use.

we can agree to disagree all day long but i can see the copyright being valid but yes its a mean and shitty move done by the label
Keep in mind that an entire video gets claimed for a song and it doesn’t have to be 20 seconds of it, it can be as low as 4 or 5. So low that it’s hard to see what you even did wrong, especially those times where they don’t tell you where it is or the title of the song.
