I’ve spent a lot of time in the trenches of NC politics. Not as much as some, but more than most. So I’ve run across @DallasWoodhouse (and people like him) many times over. But when I do, 9 times out of 10 it’s not the Dallas you see on TV and in the news.

Re-reading this and am even more floored by your vilification of mothers trying to give their kids a better life. For a party that places such an emphasis on faith in God, a God I pray to every day, it makes me wonder: are we talking to the same dude?

If they were truly trying to give their children a better life, they'd would've applied for asylum in the other countries they traveled through
