Separation is a bittersweet sorrow I think. But life goes on. Independence is a double edged sword, it is true. A radical reformation of the EU may make it a more desirable entity sought after by nations. Currently I suspect it has many flaws and requires restructuring. Success..

The EU commission has failed to bring home the bacon. The tariffs will reduce trade with the UK. We will be able to buy on the open market at lower prices than subsidise EU prices. We will look after our friends.

Why should a sovereign coastal nation be expected to give up control of the fishing access in its own water's? The EU is demanding fishing access that favours the EU? With the EU setting the quotas? The UK isn't a EU member. Perhaps Turkey could have access to yours?
