Don’t forget - only the current UK government and a minority of the people want to diverge. Obviously you must protect the EU, but remember that there is a huge groundswell of support for the EU project still. Please don’t loose sight of this! 
Given our common history & geography with #UK, it is logical that we want to maintain close security & economic ties. But UK interest in diverging from us means this will be challenging.

The EU is trading as a block, you might have heard about that. And you don't have to follow any EU regulatons at all! The EU otoh won't buy anything not made to its rules. Fair enough?
