. has published a great report on violence reduction. I'm a proud member of CCJ, but I didn't work on this particular report. It's a great roadmap for developing a powerful, practical & proven violence reduction plan/strategy. Please read PHL!

Mayor Eric Johnson⁩ “told Fox News Digital he attributed that success to THREE THINGS – a strong police chief, having ‘a budget that reflects public safety being your city's top priority,’ and ensuring there’s ‘community buy-in’ for crime reduction.”👇🏾 foxnews.com/us/dallas-texa

Amazing what can happen when you have support @Johnson4Dallas,& dedicated @DallasPD men and women, who honorably stand guard and defend this city. Much more work to be done, but the men and women of this department and our community, deserve all the credit. dallasnews.com/news/crime/202

Another very sad threshold crossed as of Sunday night, 528 homicides in our City. That number is EQUAL to the combined total of homicides of two years, 2014 (248) and 2015 (280). "Tears" & being "Heartbroken" will not slow/stop the killings - a fully coordinated plan is needed.

This data is from the Police Dept website. Also, 1 mistake from my earlier post (280 characters not the best for explaining things), I cared about ALL citizens safety, earlier I was making a point directly about AA/Latino victims, but 1 death/shooting is too many of any race!!

So saddened to hear of this tragic news about Michael K. Williams. A great person who cared about so many causes, and certainly a great actor, but he was so much more. He came to the series finale screening at Phila City Hall in March 2008. RIP, Michael K. Williams, God Bless.
