On Sept. 30, we will all be commending our Corrections Ceremonial Unit at the Canadian Police & Peace Officers Memorial Service in Ottawa.
I thank the hard-working and brave frontline officers in our correctional facilities for the important work they do every day.

Yup I remember how much I loved my job until it was taken from me unfairly and now my life is destroyed. The Ministry of Corrections is broken and it’s only going to get worse before it gets better, this is a smoke screen at best

Thats nice of you to say, but are you aware the MCSCS Ceremonial Unit was told that their annual participation as the Corrections representatives in Ottawa is cancelled for this year. If the decision has been reversed, it has not been passed along to all of the CU members.
