My philosophy and approach on cider remains the same. The trees get bigger every year. My faith in the process and simple tradition gets deeper every year. In time there will be a glorious crop and a barn full of bittersweet barrels.

Industry is the antipode of culture. Industry bows to altar of efficiency & production. Culture prioritizes limits, relationship and beauty. Industry is essentially anti-human and leaves the spirit hollow while culture is the celebration of humanity itself and fills the spirit.
