I really don’t even think most doctors are in on the take-they’re mostly just employees somewhere. But my ex was/is in managed health & I learned way too much during those years to think our system is really about any person’s health.
I worked for HealthNet for some time and it was clear that health insurance companies only care about what most major companies care about - profits.

I’m glad to know somebody else saw the game. My guy was upper management-I could never understand how he was able to see it all in a good light. All I saw was the worst kind of greed: disguised as compassion.
