of this police brutality,
I would have arrested
both police officers
with their own handcuffs
and used their own police
car to deliver them to
the station to do them
justice for this crime!!!

I imagine from the way she is resisting that she wasn't forthcoming with an explanation and proof of exemption. If you're reasonable and cooperate this doesn't happen.
