Yes, shortest term as MP by any PM I can think of - Major & Chamberlain both 22 years.

Blair of course resigned PM and stood down at same time but he had been MP for 27 years

24 - 1983 - 2007. Kinnock did the same after John Smith elected - MP for 22 years - 1970-92.
