Building on a #DEI and #Antiracism curriculum & funded via a Dept of Peds Diversity Endowment Award, she's created a sim curriculum to equip staff w/ tools to engage w/ patients, families, and colleagues in a way that fosters equity

But also….
Pay more for insurance!
Pay higher dues!
Inflation was 8% this year!
Teachers need to ask for more….from our union!
