Here's a French mystery: With lockdowns, most US grocery chains & warehouses are having a good to fantastic yr, but not Casino and Carrefour. Good question. The French already cooked at home a lot before the pandemic, so maybe it’s just an overall economic effect; in the United States the pandemic shifted people from eating out to cooking at home.

The better part of that traffic jam is being caused by people getting out of their cars to walk around looking for the reason for the traffic jam and ending up in arguments along the way with other people stuck in the traffic jam.
