My response as attorney for @MichaelCohen212 to the media coverage of Mueller warrant papers: 1) These references are pure innuendo. Other than his guilty pleas for conduct directed by and for the benefit of Trump, Mr. Cohen was not charged with receiving any improper payments.

To explain why Trump “lawyers group” waived any “privilege” -Fact: all 4 lawyers knew that Felix Sater and his lawyer - not privileged - read and commented on Cohen draft statement - thus no privilege. Waived. Their lawyers attack @MichaelCohen212 — but ignore waiver issue. Why?

To lawyers for the @realDonaldTrump “group” who falsely claim “privilege” to avoid testifying whether they coached or approved @MichaelCohen212 to lie to cover up Trump Moscow Tower discussions during campaign - THERE IS NO PRIVILEGE. THEY WAIVED IT. Why not testify under oath?
