A sitting president cannot be indicted for ANY crime...Period. There's no crime anyway. To remove a president from office, 2/3rds of the senate would have to vote for it. Even if you win seats, you won't have 2/3rds. Know the facts before you post. You all sound so stupid.

There are many scholars who disagree with your claim about indictment. As for impeachment, flipping Senate seats in 2018 is not the whole equation. You automatically assume *no* Republican Senators would vote to convict if a large majority of the House votes to impeach?

Mueller would never use Omarosa as a witness. Maybe if she turned over all her tapes, photos and text messages they use those but her credibility is completely shot and has been since the first season of Apprentice.
