    3.3 million FEWER people with kids went hungry after we implemented the tax cut provided by the expanded Child Tax Credit. Adults with children reporting not having enough to eat fell by 1/3 in just the first 6 weeks of this program.

    Some very good news: In the 6 weeks after the federal government began issuing monthly payments of the expanded , the number of adults living with kids reporting that they didn’t have enough to eat fell by 3.3 million or nearly one-third.

    Oh. People prefer we invest in them rather than two wars in the Middle East that cost $5.6 trillion and tax cuts for the richest people reaching almost $5 trillion? We should keep doing big stuff for the American people.

    Turns out that investing in regular people - instead of billionaires and corporations - is pretty popular.
