Priceless = Watching all of the companies that sent money to the LLC slush fund come up with different alleged reasons for hiring Mr. Cohen – “accounting advice,” “real estate consulting,” “insight,” etc. Who knew Mr. Cohen was such a brilliant renaissance man? #nonsense #basta

It was already disgusting how much public policy was influenced by payments from private corporations to lawmakers through political action committees. If this thing with Cohen is the pay-to-play arrangement it clearly looks like, it’s an even more blatant form of bribery.

It’s against the essence of democracy for money to play such a huge role in lawmaking. I know the US is a representative democracy, but to ignore public opinion in favour of what corporations want is against the spirit of a democratic system.

IF President Obama, had...a LLC shell company, set up by his lawyer, to payoff a PORN STAR lover & other women.... @Team_Mitch & @PRyan @SpeakerRyan would be ALL OVER cable news, demanding investigations. Voters who "DON'T CARE" about Trump doing this, would MARCH on DC @SRuhle

ALL of this is about TRIBALISM. Trump is about tribalism. Everything he does...is to please HIS TRIBE. Piece by piece...dismantling EVERYTHING President Barack Obama instituted during his presidency. Trump did not feel that @BarackObama was a LEGITIMATE president. @MichelleObama

We are now OFFICIALLY a nation of tribes. United ONLY by geography. Connected only by approxcimity to other states. Trump has made his doctrine...DIVIDE & CONQUER. Divide us by race & culture. Trump attacks those who he doesn't see as part of his tribe. So called "forgotten man."

Michael Cohen is as dumb as a stump. A fixer who keeps burner phones. And records his incriminating conversations, sparing the government the hassle of having to wiretap him. No one hires Michael Cohen for actual advice. He's the action man. @MichaelAvenatti

I agree. And it is extremely unlikely that any such arrangements are covered by attorney/client privilege. So the flow of money OUT of the fund has huge implications for whoever received the money. Pay for play is an obvious possibility, and the evidence is in custody. Oops.
