Who cares if it’s a lifetime appointment? Any crime should be reported. Any human should be held accountable for their wrong doings. Every human should be allowed to change their ways and be given opportunities base on who they have become as an adult.

So what you are saying is that if this were true, your client wittnessed a felony on more then 1 occasion, and continued to go to these parties. Never reporting anything. Your client should be charged with criminal accessory after the fact.

After reading some of thes comments there is somehing I ant to say 1) this behavior went on when I was in HS and that’s over 45 yrs ago. I had hoped times had changed. 2)Rape victims weren’t treated well in courts and people blamed the victim.
