So in Ohio, if a male customer at a strip club touches a dancer, the dancer committed the crime? How the fuck is that fair....and how is it the state's business?

Because the standard playbook is to always blame the victim.
-
It's disgusting. You may disagree with sex work, but the women who do it are people too, and they still deserve respect and common decency.
-
You are absolutely right. People think they can look down on sex workers and treat them like dirt, but that says a whole lot more about those people than it does about the sex workers.
-
Very true. I think they should legalize and regulate sex work, like we're doing with marijuana. Just make sure the sex workers are not exploited, acting of their own free will, and disease free.
-
They do that in Amsterdam, and it works well. The sex workers are tested and certified by the government on a regular basis, and they're not treated like criminals. They earn a legal wage providing a service, and the government makes sure it's safe for the worker and customer.

If she's charged with a misdemeanor what about the guy who touched her ?? Do we have a double standard here ??
-
Exactly!!
-
I think it was a set up my self
-
I agree. Who gets arrested for that at a strip club?!
-
Of course it was a set up - republican governor and officials find out she will be there and do this to try to hurt her credibility. But they are unconcerned with trump actually assaulting women.
-
Or Jim Jordans cred. Hypocrite republiCONs have the nerve they are traitors and Nazi trump has been a criminal his entire life now he's a kid napper and a murderer. trump just put

Welcome to Gilead, people.

This scares me:( Everytime I watch the show I fear it’s our future.
-
It started when the First Lady forced our children at school to be able to eat only the foods she allowed them to eat. We could have used your help to put a stop to that.
-
How dare she to make kids to eat healthy???
-
Yeah, except she didn’t make the kids do anything of the sort. She recognized the very real childhood obesity crisis and used her platform to encourage children to eat healthier and move more. But how dare you suggest people switch out a donut for an apple!

Google “sarcasm “

I got your tone. Accidentally tweeted response to you rather than the one above. (We’re agreeing here.)
