State department not telling how the hell he casted his vote from heaven .. ? And why.. then there are many people who don't vote.. if someone used their votes like this, how will they know ?
Seems weird that they wouldn't check if they were deceased before sending a ballot out for them though instead of when it comes back to be counted. And if it's coming back all filled out, shouldn't voter fraud be investigated..?

You put the onus of checking the validity of the votes on a clerck? What cross checks are there if he makes an error or worse show bias during review? Why not use technology? You people have made USA a laughing stock. Any 3rd world country would have handled this better.

Um, someone returned the ballot. That is by definition FRAUD even if it was not counted.
And we are supposed to trust that a local worker is doing the due diligence and checking?! Nope do not trust you!!!
