State department not telling how the hell he casted his vote from heaven .. ? And why.. then there are many people who don't vote.. if someone used their votes like this, how will they know ?
Seems weird that they wouldn't check if they were deceased before sending a ballot out for them though instead of when it comes back to be counted. And if it's coming back all filled out, shouldn't voter fraud be investigated..?

The most important function of elections is accountability. A constituent's regret re representatives should always be counted. Swedish PM (& Nobel laureate) B Ohlin voted early fearing death in the interim, which came to pass in 1979. His vote survived, however, as it should've.

You put the onus of checking the validity of the votes on a clerck? What cross checks are there if he makes an error or worse show bias during review? Why not use technology? You people have made USA a laughing stock. Any 3rd world country would have handled this better.
