My friend's family member was convicted on a first time drug offense, but had crossed state lines and was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for a non-violent, victimless offense. Meanwhile, the average rapist serves around five years. We have our priorities upside down.

In MA, legal guns come from places like VT, where they are traded for drugs - and used to kill inner-city kids. Gun owners need to be more responsible in ensuring they don't fall into the wrong hands.
