Anyone heard of Kazimirz Dabrowski's positive disintegration model of development? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Positive_disintegration … It's fascinating—closest thing I've seen to this in models is from Kegan's Evolving Self. (1/3)

In later chapters he describes how depression and self-consuming doubt can be part of the developmental process, but I've never seen a model explicitly centered around ambivalence. (2/3)

The higher levels in positive disintegration seem to neglect ambiguity and intersubjectivity as positive forces, but I've only read basic summaries so far. If anyone else knows more about Dabrowski's work I'd love to learn more. (3/3)
