  2. Today's demonstrations have now all come to an end. No arrests have been made. A policing operation across London remains in place to keep people safe.

  9. UPDATE: Bridge has now been re-opened. 30 arrests were made for breach of S14 conditions. We continue to take action at Cross to remove protestors.

  11. We have put conditions under the Public Order Act for a protest at Bridge and request all protestors leave the bridge. Officers are also dealing with an off-shoot protest at Cross. See conditions for Lambeth Bridge here 👇

  12. | We are responding to a demonstration which is blocking Lambeth Bridge. Officers were called at 14:10hrs and remain at the scene. Road closures are in place. Traffic has had to be diverted for the safety of all.

    The Royal British Legion are checking the accreditation of their guests, causing some delay at Trafalgar Square. We are supporting them and their visitors who are attending for the National Service of Remembrance. Thank you for your continued patience

    Today we see events taking place across London to mark Remembrance Sunday. The MPS are proud to be joining our communities on such an important day. There are some road closures to support events - please plan your journey.

  16. Overnight a number of road closures will be put in place across Westminster and Whitehall ahead of the events. Specialist teams will be conducting a number of security patrols to keep those safe who will be visiting the Cenotaph tomorrow.
