I don't agree. Muller hasn't been as consistent as ozil. Ozil has won player in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016 so clearly Germany don't agree aswell

You do realise Germany won the WC and finished consistently well in tournaments. Ozil won player of the year when Germany won the WC, you can't say he doesn't have substance to his ability
