Little dude had a severe allergic reaction today and had to be taken to emergency care. He's going to be ok, swelling is going down finally and he's going home with a lot of steroids.

The shot itself, or something in it? I'm allergic to egg which makes "normal" person flu shots problematic, for example.
I don't fully know yet, but it happened right after his shot.

Yuck. Might be worth going back to the place and seeing if they have any insight they can offer you. Either way glad he's doing better.
