Those women will have lots of opportunities to pursue their dreams. This is not a deal breaker for them. This isn't about them at all in fact. This is about a company making a decision for its own image and values. I don't perceive this as sexism, but a change in culture.
Pax's use to allow ladies to hang out at booths and invite people in. Dubbed 'booth babes' (not officially) they were apart of the scene. This is no longer allowed, and you can perceive this as a lost job opportunity, or a gain for the company to focus it's expo on what it wants.

I think the mistake her might be people perceiving that it's gone because people complained about sexism, but that's not always the case. The company should chose it's own focus and direction. But the women, will, be fine. They have the right to work and they will find it.

Well I agree with you, but what I read it was because it was seen that way (as a sexism matter) Some people proposed to use both men and women for the grid. At the end of the day, I will miss to see some color in the pre-race protocol.
