Unwanted advances are difficult to report bc they’re typically not bad enough to fight over, but they’re not cool 3/8

At Comic Con a dude would not leave me alone, he made me uncomfortable. This was a work trip, I didn’t want to make a scene. 4/8

We were at a bar, and he took my beer out of my hand and drank from it.
@CTWatters immediately stepped in and said, “ewww” loudly. 5/8Näytä tämä ketju -
Chris asked me, “can I get you a new beer?”, which made the guy uncomfortable and he awkwardly left. I felt so much better. 6/8

Not just that the guy was gone, but that I was validated that he was a creep. I never said anything to chris, he just knew.7/8

Q: is it ok to say "I like your hair" or "I like your dress" and leave it at that? I'm taken & not making an advance just trying 2 b nice.
-
Hi Jason! Yes you can compliment someone, that's appreciated. It's just when its constant or an inappropriate comment.

This happens far more frequently to women but can also happen to men so if you read this thread keep in mind that no matter who it is be respectful of their space and don't be creepy.
