@MerryKish I'm not trying to rant, I'm interested in your opinion about whether season passes are more akin to gambling than actual content.

@Arzachary I think if you front the money you might be more likely to want to enjoy the content, as you've already invested in it.
@Arzachary Perhaps it gives the developers more time to change the DLC before announcing it, they can't over promise and under deliver.

@Arzachary In regards to the consumer, I can't think of any reason its better, besides the warm fuzzy feelings of being involved earlier. -
