well the truth is some people are unable to take the break, like engineers and trust and safety. They are unsung heroes, and will likely take breaks intermittently so the site stays solid.

That’s a very interesting policy - is it automatically deducted from your PTO or do you have unlimited PTO so this is formalising getting everyone to take a break?
