It's difficult to perceive negative reactions to influencers of any size getting free games/merchandise/hardware as anything other than jealousy.

I would just encourage you to not see these "attacks" as "personal" and see them as people's inability to reconcile the system they live in with the promise of that system, that "hard work = reward." Because that's NOT and NEVER HAS BEEN the truth in a capitalist society.
