I like the idea of celebrating this kind of work because that's what it is. Work. Its hard work to ask for significant change in an industry that has a long way to go. There's a million mountains to climb, and that doesn't even include the emotional toll to take on the fight.
I'm happy to recommend SO MANY people for this, because I know so many incredible people and the work they put in this year. If you know someone, get in on this!
