Do you have an instant pot or multi cooker type pressure cooker?
I have a rice cooker that can cook other stuff in it does that count?!

No but still that's good. I cook my rice separate in a rice cooker so people can control the amount of rice they want (gumbo style). I cook mine in a multi cooker but you can do it on the stove just takes a little longer no biggie. I'll write up the recipe.
