Crisis averted! Found a dog on a busy street without a leash. He was sweet and I had a leash on me so I grabbed him and took him to my place for water. As I was walking to my vet to get his chip scanned his owner biked by and recognised him! His name is Kevin!pic.twitter.com/AB8KF7f7zj
