I’m honestly so annoyed. I had to cancel my trip with my husband and spend the holidays alone because of an appointment today. Arrived and the office is closed. Would be nice if any of the numbers and websites I called Friday informed me. Why tell me it’s still processing & valid
I'm so so sorry. That is some serious shit, and I hate that they screwed you over on Christmas. Enjoy playing games and relaxing on your Holiday. Make the best of this shit situation and eat cookies.
