I've always wanted to play the early Silent Hill games! Any tips on what the best way to play them nowadays is?

If you want the best versions of the games, it's best to find the originals instead of remasters. If you're not too worried about that, then I believe SH1 is available digitally on PSN, 2&3 are in a remaster collection. Origins&The Room never got re-releases-
