Cleo is probably going back to the emergency vet. She vomited again twice and isn't eating or drinking. Her ears are hot and inflamed. I'm an emotional, exhausted wreck.

She's worth it! Such a sweet, loving dog. Not a lot I wouldn't do for her at this point.
