Having a bad day. The usual ways I try to take my mind off being depressed aren’t really working today. I feel completely zapped of energy, but can’t sleep, barely slept 2 hours last night and it feels as if the weight of everything is pressing on my chest.
You could try and shake it up a bit, that helps me sometimes when I'm blue. If I usually play games I go out and see a movie, or go on a long as walk to a park I've never been too before. Something that changes my view.
