Having a bad day. The usual ways I try to take my mind off being depressed aren’t really working today. I feel completely zapped of energy, but can’t sleep, barely slept 2 hours last night and it feels as if the weight of everything is pressing on my chest.
Anything specifically on your mind? Would chatting about it help?

Just feel both physically, mentally and creatively drained. Like nothing I ever do actually matters and I’m just wasting my time and energy with everything.
